GF Gingerbread House

Does anyone know when they take the Grand Floridian gingerbread house down? Am wondering if it will still be there on January 3rd? We're staying at the Yacht Club so would have to make a special trip over GF to see it.

The shop inside the Gingerbread house closes after Christmas day and the house itself comes down around the 2nd or 3rd of January.

I was lucky enough to be at WDW the day/night they were building the gingerbread/chocolate carousel at Beach Club. Was absolutely amazed how they build it. Also got to see the house at GF. Also be sure to check out the Gingerbread tree at Contemp.
