We are planning a trip next August with our three children and daughter-in-law. Our youngest will be 19 and all others are over 21. Will my 19 year old be able to get into clubs with us? We are mostly thinking of the comedy club.

Unfortunately you don't have to worry about that. All of the clubs have been shut down. They are redeveloping Pleasure Island to be more family friendly. You are still able to walk through the Pleasure Island area, though!

Pleasure Island no longer exists. There are some bars in DTD and the boardwalk. Not if they are 21+ all nights or 18+ some nights.

If a bar or club specifies "21 and over only" either all the time, or after a certain hour (I think Jellyrolls becomes 21+ after 9pm), then NO, an underage person cannot be in there, even with adults over 21. Sorry.
