When do they take down xmas decorations?

We are planning a trip for January 2011 and I was wondering, WHEN do they take down all the Christmas stuff? We would LOVE to see it decorated but can't go in December.

They will start coming down Monday, January 3,2011 and they go fast.:mickey:

:ditto: I went last year arriving Jan 4 and stuff was already starting to come down that day. It quickly came down more and more each day I was there. By Jan 10 most everything was down.

Keep in mind there is also a very good chance Splash Mountain will go down for rehab the first week of January. It has done so the last 3-4 years. If you need to see the lights and Splash Mountain make sure your planning includes January 2 and 3.

Well perhaps we will go on the 27 of December or something and stay until mid January, that way we can still see the xmas decorations.
Will the osbourne lights still be running after xmas as well?

Thanks for the info about splash mt, but luckily it wont matter since we only have young children and our oldest 5 year old isn't willing to try it!!

They stop Jan 3 this year. It was Jan 8 or 9 last year.

And, Splash Mt will be down Jan 3-Feb 27 this year. Crystal Palace is also going to be down for refurb in January.
