Crowds Dec 16-20th?

Just planned a surprise trip for myself and my daughter while mom and baby sister sit this one out for 2 weeks from now! My 6YR old and myself are WDW fans and have been many times but not these dates - I have been in early December back in the days when it was almost empty! But I wanted her to see it all at Christmas - will we beat the Christmas HUGE crowd by a little? Will crowds at the parks and MVMCP be enjoyable/manageable?

Crowds will be manageable, especially at the beginning of the trip, but don't expect empty. Crowds will probably increase significantly from the 18th on as many folks start arriving for Christmas week. However, with a plan and using fastpass anything is workable.

Chris has it exactly right. The trip should be manageable with lower crowds at the beginning and the masses beginning to pour in towards the end. Enjoy this special time with your child!
