Okay- I booked this on-line for the second to last day of our trip. We have the dining plan so the system took my credit card to guarantee the reservation (and will use to charge in case of no show) and did not charge me. If I decide that I would like to pay out of pocket instead of using two table services, what do I do? Do I call before we go and let them charge it then or will they let me pay out of pocket after the meal?

We did this on our last trip. We went to the concierge desk at the resort, and they charged our credit card for us, so it was all set before we went.

It's fine to do it day of - but don't wait until the end of your meal to tell them - let them know right away.
