SW on-line check in question

I noticed on the Southwest on-line check in field that it asks for confirmation # and last/first name of passenger. Do I have to do each passenger seperately or does the confirmation # check in the entire party?

It checks in your entire party. We always fly SW. The confirmation # is for everyone listed in your party that you registered at the time of getting your flight.
