This is our 1st cruise does anyone know if there are hair dryers in your cabins?? I don't want to take one if I don't have to.

They do have hair dryers in the cabin's, but they are not like your normal hair dryer. They don't get very warm or blow very hard.

If you have thick hair or want to make curly hair straight, you would be better off taking your own.

We've gone on 3 cruises (2 on the Magic, 1 on the Wonder). Our experiences is that the hair dryers do get pretty hot - especially on the outside. They are a long tube like hair dryer and where the plastic part meet the flexible tubing gets almost so hot to the touch I have to stop. This happened most times I dried my hair and then dried my daughters right afterwards.
