Going down to WDW for the marathon weekend. My plane leaves the monday after for home at 3:45pm. So I thought before I left I'd spend a couple of hours at DTD. I'll probably be there for lunch.

As a family we've eaten at the RC. When I'm by myself for the marathon weekend, I've always just grabbed something at McDonalds. I want to do something different this year.

Any suggestions for a quick bite?

Thanks!

Wolfgang Puck Express is one of our favorite places to get a quick lunch at DTD. Try the BBQ chicken salad Yummy.

I agree...Wolfgang Puck Express...and if the weather is nice you can even eat outside. Everything on the menu is great....and treat yourself to creme brule!!!!

Our family usually splits between Earl of Sandwich and Wolfgang Puck Express (right next to each other) when we want a quick meal. Both good but If you want more than a sandwich WP will have more options.

My DD is running the half marathon so we will be there for the week. Lets hope for good weather! :mickey:

Pucks Express or Earl of Sandwich. You can't go wrong with either.

I was at DTD by myself on 2 occasions when I was in orlando for a conference. I was very happy with Earl of Sandwich both times.

When I have 'alone time' at DTD I like to go to Wolfgang Pucks & sit at the sushi bar...
Of course I LOVE sushi, but you could order of the regular menu- or just get an app & dessert.
I personally like to eat at the bar when I am alone as I don't feel so "alone".
Conversely, if I have a good book- I sit at one of the tables still in the 'bar' area. That way I'm not taking up too much table real-estate but am still given privacy.
Enjoy your alone time- I certainly do!! :secret:

Hey, thanks everyone for the advice. I'm anxious to check out the menus on-line to see what all's there.

Thanks again. Everyone here's the best.
