Question About The Guest Allergy Dietary Request Form

I was wondering on the form if I am only suppose to put what TS we will be eating at or if I am also suppose to put down the CS' as well?

Just the TS. You can mention to the counter service folks specifically when you arrive. No need to alert them ahead of time.

I also put my CS meals. As we were on the Quick Service plan, we put it on there. When I talked to the cast members via email from Special Dietary Needs team, they said to put every place we plan on eating. This helps the counter services ensure that they are well stocked for allergens.

I don't think that it hurts to put it down. But, again, I am extremely paranoid for my daughter who has an allergy to eggs.
