Your Perfect Meal (1,000 Posts - Wow!!!!)

It seems like only yesterday we discovered Intercot and all the great advice, tips, polls, etc. offered along with a sense of family you feel when you spend 1,000 posts worth of time in here! It's been a blast and can't wait to work thru another "grand" of posts.

So for this special post I will listen to my tummy and ask: If you could choose an appetizer, main course, dessert and drink from anywhere Disney and have it in one happy sitting, what would it be?

Appetizer: the Blue Claw Crab Cake from the 50s Prime Time Cafe
Main Course: the Sultan Sampler from Restaurant Marrakesh
Desert: the Mango Pie from the Yak and Yeti
Drink: Pineapple Float from Aloha Isle

(Can you tell I was torn about what I wanted for desert there? Dole Whip or Mango Pie...so I made my Dole Whip a float and I get both ;) )

I'm going to go Mexican and say that my perfect meal is at San Angel Inn, sitting by the river, listening to mariachis, while eating:

Drink: Bottle or two of Dos Equis

Appetizer: Probably Nachos with fresh salsa. (My kids love nachos)

Entree: Mole poblano, rice, black beans, and a side of guacamole is a must!

Dessert: Flan, of course, perhaps chased by a margarita :marg:

I'd have to have...........

A Cobb Salad and a #10 Martini from the Brown Derby for starters. Then the grilled Pork Tenderloin with polenta from the Cali Grill. And ending up with a Chocolate Wave from the Coral Reef. Mmmmmmmmmmm What a meal!
