We just booked our trip for the first week in March last night. I did some of the ADR's online last night and called the rest in today. We got everything we wanted at times we wanted too! I wasn't expecting that since its obviously not 180 out.

We are staying at Poly and we'll be dining at....

Ohana's for dinner
Kona for dinnner
Whispering Canyon for dinner
Le Cellier for dinner
Mama Melrose... Fantastmic dinner package
Chef Mickey's for breakfast
1900 Park Faire for breakfast\

Hope we made good choices! Any opinions welcome... especially while there's still time to change ;)

Looks to me that you made some great choices. My favorite being Le Cellier.
