Crowds the week of Wine and Dine Half Marathon?

We want to go to WDW the last of September 25th-October 2nd for my 30th birthday, but that weekend is the Wine and Dine Half Marathon. How do these races effect the crowds in the park, difficulty in getting ADR's and getting hotel reservations?

Typically, the parks are not overly crowded at this time of year. Other marathons have not usually impacted park attendance much but they have impacted traffic and made it somewhat difficult to get around.
