Group of 7?

For the first time in all our trips down we are traveling with friends. I've made 1 ADR at Artist Point and I was told that they may split our group up into 2 tables. :(

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get 1 table? Is it common that they split groups into 2 tables?

I think it's common for them to say this I don't know how frequently they really split up groups. I suggest checking in early and let the CM know that you would like to wait for a larger table so you can all sit together.

We went a few years ago with a group of 9 and were told for every TS that there was a possibility of having our party split...it only happened once at Trail's End buffet and we were separated by a walkway...not across the room. I think they do try hard to keep your party together, but have to say it to cover themselves. :)

We are a party of 7 (w/1 child) and we have not ever been separated. Now when my 2 arrive, I am sure the party of 9 will be separated.
