cancel policy at Hoop Dee Doo

Howdy,

I made an online ressie for Hoop Dee Doo using the dining plan. I was surprised but they did not require a credit card, but instead the system recognized the dining plan. I'm thinking about canceling the reservation but I'm worried they will charge me for the 2 sit down credits.

Does anyone know how much notice you need to give to cancel?

I don't know about Hoop Dee Doo, but the Akershus told us at the time we made our reservation that there would be a charge if we cancelled and took the credit card number in case we cancelled. If they didn't ask you for that, you probably can cancel without a problem.

To avoid penalties you need to cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
