Dining 180 out, but no calendar

I am confused here. How can I plan my dining 180 days out without a calendar available? I am taking a trip in May and getting ready to book my dining, but have no clue how late some parks are open. I have an idea, since I visit every year in May and September. But things can change, and I like to plan around park hours. Does this make any sense? :confused:

you can find all the stuff you are looking for at disneyworld.com. they have the may hours, etc.

Thanks Andypooh. I was in a panic because a few days ago calendar was not going out that far. I'm glad they posted because there is a change to normal PH EMH for MK during my visit. We always like to do Chem Mickey's before we attend PM EMH at MK.
