I know you get a discount on the price of the TIW card if you buy an Annual Pass. I'm assuming this is off the price for Florida residents. My question is, can you only buy the card if you are a Florida resident or AP holder? Thanks for all input.

Florida residents (who are not passholders) can purchase the card for $100. Any passholder (regardless of residence) can purchase the card for $75. If you live outside of the state of Florida, you have to be an annual passholder to be eligible to purchase.
