Dining Hours at the Parks

We're going to Animal Kingdom in February and I know AK usually closes at 5pm most days. Do the restaurants (Rainforest Cafe and Yak & Yeti specifically) also close when the parks close or can you have dinner there? If so, do you have to be seated by 5pm or out by 5pm?
