Do they ever issue a discount or PIN codes for holiday times?

Not sure which holiday you're talking about but here is a history of prior discounts (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/discounts/historicdiscounts.asp).

Only Disney knows when, and to whom, it issues PIN codes.

Specifically, Easter Break (week before,week after) and week of Thanksgiving. I did look at the historical data and it does cover some of those timeframes, however, I did see on the bottom that some blackout dates apply. Probably during those timeframes.

It's highly unlikely that Disney will issue discounts for periods that are extremely crowded like Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.

We're going over Thanksgiving week and we got a pin code for free dining about 2 months ago! Added that right on to the trip :mickey:
