Sending wanter to CSR

Hello,

I have read about people sending water to their hotel...I think from Staples???

My question is how far in advance do you send it? We leave this Sat. 10/24:cloud9:. Do you need to indicate that it is going ot a hotel? Reservation number...ect?

Any help is appreciated.

1) Address any package to the hotel street address.
2) Add your confirmation number and check-in date.
3) Example:
. . . CSR
. . . 1000 West Buena Vista Drive
. . . Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-1000

. . . Attn: Your Name
. . . Confirmation Number:
. . . check-in Date:

NOTE: CSR is a convention hotel. Convention hotels have out-sourced package handling, so expect a fee for package handling.

When I looked up the cost to ship water through this vendor, it would cost more than the water itself. Also, as noted, convention resorts tend to charge for the package as well.
