Bounceback offers

We will be in WDW in February and were planning to book another vacation, for Christmas, while we are there. Do they still offer bounceback offers? What are they like? I hope to get a good deal.

Yes, they still offer them, but there's no way of telling what they would be like in February. It's a lot of different offers.
