Culinary demonstrations

Has anyone been to any of the culinary demonstrations at this year's Food and Wine Festival? We're headed down later this week and were wondering how hard it was to get into one of these. I see this year there is a $8 charge for them, which I don't mind, but can you make reservations ahead of time or do you have to wait in line? Also, are the lines quite long for these? I'd appreciate any feedback from those of you who've already been there....thanks!!

We did one. It was alot of fun. You can sign up ahead & don't have to wait in line for hours like previous years. I would recommend to try one.
