QS Dining Plan Question

The Dining Plans normally aren't worth it for us when we head to WDW, but with the free meal promo in November it ended up being a wash as to get it or not, so we thought we would give it a try (could have gotten cheaper room rate without the plan).

We will be there for Thanksgiving and the Old Spice Basketball Tournament to root on the Creighton Bluejays. My questions:
1.) Can any quick service meals be traded for a table service meal or buffet. We want to have a nicer thanskgiving dinner and were wondering if you can trade 2 or 3 QS for a Table service?
2.) Do Wide World of Sports concession stands honor the dining plan?

Unfortunately, you can't "trade-up" to a TS meal. If you want to have a sit-down meal, you'll have to pay for it.

I've never tried to use the DDP at the Wide World of Sports, but the dining plan brochure lists the Disney’s Wide World of Sports® Cafe as a dining plan location.
