Annual Passes @ Costco

Does anyone have any info on whether you can buy an Annual pass at Costco in Ca. this year? I don’t live in Ca. so a So. Calif pass from Costco won’t do me any good. Last year close to Nov they had a deal at Costco where you got an Annual pass and a $50.00 dollar gift card to spend at Park, DTD and some other locations. Pass was regular price but still a good deal with the gift card? I would appreciate any info anyone could provide.

Last time I was in Costco they still had the same deal, but it has been about two months since I was last time I was in a store.
