Which do you think is better to use for putting together the best possible touring plan, if you could only use one? Thanks!

Neither. I would go with the Touring Plans website -- the Unofficial Guide's website. Data driven and research based touring plans, plus a helpful crowd calendar, least expensive ticket pricer, and more! Relatively inexpensive too -- only $8.95 for a year, and you can get discounts on the membership if you subscribe to AllEars email newsletter.
