Sending a package

My DD is going to be celebrating her birthday while we are at the World! We have some family that would like to send her birthday gifts down to our resort for her to open on her birthday. How do they go about doing this? We are staying at CBR. Do they just send it right to the resort? How do they make sure it gets to our room? Thanks so much!:mickey:

We ship down a box every year to arrive before we check-in . Just provide the name the reservation is under and you should be fine. I ship direct to the hotel and include my name. The front desk will let you know if their is a package for you. Our box is in our room when we arrive.
