another online check in question

Does anyone know if we participate with online chck-in, and we do not like the room assignment, can we switch if there are rooms avaialble? Or are we stuck at this point because we didnt check-in in person? Didnt know if we lose the benefit of human interaction during this process.

Didn't know if we lose the benefit of human interaction during this process.You'll still have a CM that you interact with. The online check-in is designed to speed up the process, so they are pretty much just there to hand off your welcome packet. If it's a quick change, I'm sure they can help you with that, otherwise you may have to take your info and get in the regular registration line for more detailed help. It probably depends on how many people there are waiting behind you for online check-in.
