I have to say though...I don't really understand how the boards work...Are moderators "on staff" of Intercot? I know that I get on each day if I'm lucky, read and post..but I don't know what makes a moderator a moderator. Sorry if I sound silly, I just don't know the ins and outs of how this wonderful board actually operates!

Moderators are on staff. Modertators are invited to join the staff by the founder of this site, John. Just keep posting and being helpful to others and you may be invited to join the staff as well!
