Bill Farmer (voice of Goofy), Tony Anselmo (animator and voice of Donald Duck), along with 6 original Mouseketeers, Tommy Cole, Sherry (Allen) Alberoni, Doreen Tracy, Karen Pendleton, Bobby Burgess, and Sharon Baird conducted Q & A sessions. (3-day event)

Aug. 27, 2006 – The top 10 water parks in the U.S. were announced. WDW’s Blizzard Beach (at #6) and Typhoon Lagoon (at #9) were included on the select list.
Aug. 27, 2006 – The 58th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, Ca. “High School Musical” was awarded Outstanding Children’s Program. Although “Get’cha Head In The Game” and “Breaking Free” from “High School Musical” were nominated for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics, the Emmy went to A Wonderfully Normal Day from Mad-TV. Outstanding Choreography was awarded to Kenny Ortega, Charles Klopow, and Bonnie Story for “High School Musical.”
