Request for extra tags results in discovery of lost reservation on Magical Express.

:oops:3 weeks away and had not received Magical Express packet....Called and didn't have my information.....Southwest airlines changed the flight number and since the flight number I gave them didn't match, they deleted information. All ok now, but lesson learned to double check ALL information. Also I had only called to order extra luggage tags, because I learned on this site that Magical Express now only sends 1 tag per person. Thanks for all the good info.

Yes...if you buy your tickets far in advance the chance of your flight number changing is pretty good. This happends to me almost everytime I go and it has happened for my upcoming trip in October...fyi I am not flying Southwest.

I always check and confirm the information about 4 weeks prior.
