If you are in a standard room can you request a room facing the icons/quiet pool? Or does standard mean parking lot view only? I know the rooms do not have balconies, but occasionally I like looking out the window to enjoy the activity and the scenery. :waycool:

A standard room is just the terminology used for the majority of the rooms of a resort. And yes you can ask for a view.

I love Pop. My favorite area is the 50s behind Tramp which is standard rooms. I've also requested a room at the back of the 50s area where you can see the fireworks.

We didn't request a view, however we were in the 80's top floor corner next to the walkman loook towards the computer pool.

I loved this area because we were very close to the bus stops.

We stayed in the 50's building facing the bowling pin pool and did not request it (actually didn't want it due to the noise, and there was some). We were in a standard room.
We've always made requests and some times they are not honored. Two trips ago they gave us the opposite and when asked if they had anything else we were told that is all they had. So, keep in mind you can request anything, but it may not come to be.

Good luck!! :fingers:
