AA and carrying on items?

Does anybody know if AA allows you to carry on a pillow and blanket in addition to you carry-on bag? Thanks

They will allow you to carry on a purse or small briefcase, in addition to one piece of carry-on luggage, so I would not think a blanket and pillow would be a problem (assuming they are travel size). I would call AA customer service to be on the safe side, though.
