We are considering the Quick Service Dining Plan next year? I believe that snack credits can be used to get Dole Whips. What other "WDW only" snacks are available with snack credits?

yes you can use your snack credit's to get dole whips and much much more.

I'll pm you a link i found with a list of the things you can get with a snack credit.
