I am planning our dining. My date to call for ADRs is 8/21!

Here's what I have so far:

Day 1: Chef Mickey's for dinner
Day 2: Kona Cafe for breakfast; Rose & Crown for dinner
Day 3: Sanaa for dinner
Day 4: The Brown Derby (Fantasmic dinner pkg)
Day 5 (final day): GF Garden View Lounge for tea OR CRT lunch

It will be my DH, two DDs (18 & 15) and me.

Can anyone who's done the tea (not the princess tea for young ones) give me their opinion? I think my girls will enjoy it - they love a proper English tea! :curtsy: But I worry my DH may scoff.:noway:

Would you choose the tea or CRT's lunch?? Or another option for our last meal at WDW? (preferably in or near MK i.e. on monorail)

I appreciate any input!

I am a huge fan of GF afternoon tea...and it would make a great ending to your trip!

There is enough variety that your husband should enjoy himself, too.

That's good to hear. Thanks for the feedback.

Is there a menu anywhere or is it pretty much standard tea fare?

1) We do "Tea" about once per month.
2) We hit the GF Afternoon Tea at least twice a year.
3) During a vacation, it is a nice rest from the running.

Info Central at this site is a wealth of information that people often seem to overlook. Here's the tea information:

Grand Floridian Tea (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/dining/gftea.asp)

Looks good! I've never done it, but I always consider it.

Ah, perfect! I knew I'd seen that menu somewhere before...

I must say I just look at the quick links on the side of info central... I have to remember to delve a little deeper.

Re the tea, looks like there are definitely options for my DH - the British Cheese Plate and Gentleman's Tea Platter look especially suitable for a macho guy!

Can't wait to try it!
