Is the Rainforest Cafe in the Downtown Disney Area part of the Disny Dining Plan?

They have not been in past years, we've always had to pay for this one out of pocket....

Neither Rain Forest Cafe location (AK or DTD) is on the DDP. We always just pay out of pocket for it because we enjoy going so much.
