We picked up a small SSR contract and we got the email today that we passed ROFR!

SSR stands for Saratoga Springs. ROFR stands for Right of First Refusal, which Disney has for all vacation club resales. If someone tries to pay too little for the points, Disney can step in and buy the contract itself.
Passing ROFR is the first step towards buying vacation club points.

Congratulations! We are in the process of buying at BWVs right now and in a few days will be in the "waiting" ROFR mode!:mickey:

If you don't mind, what is the cost per point? Might help some others to know what the magic number is. Looks like about $70 is a magic number on dvc-resales.

On a side note, also looks like inventory has almost dissapeared. Interesting...

$78 per point. I wanted to offer less, but was told that since it's a small contract, they could ask a higher price and get it

I'm pretty sure it went to Disney on 7/21 and I got notice that it passed on 8/14, so about 3 weeks.
