Why can't I have this at home??
Too wonderful.
Off to the MK to soak it all in. We rode it all, getting there just after opening. Our Jungle Cruise skipper, John was on fire, he was the most entertaining skipper we have ever had.
We had our Casey's lunch while we watched the Celebrate parade, we just love this first full day. Back to the Poly to swim, more lizard hunting of course, and to Epcot just for dinner. Thats all we did there!!!
Garden Grill was wonderful, however, they took the catfish off the menu due to the no transfats cooking that WDW now endorses. I missed that catfish terribly. Our waitress, Cheryl was sooo funny. She sang this happy birthday song to Steve and broke out into this wild dance, we thought her head would fall off. No kidding, it was whipping from side to side, and Cheryl was no spring chicken. She took our picture...

We spent some time by my favorite part of Epcot. The dancing fountain. I love this thing. I want it in my backyard.

We didn't want to push it the first night, taking it slower was our theme for this trip. Back to the Poly for the fireworks from our patio. We did this every night.
