Why can't I have this at home??
Too wonderful.
Off to the MK to soak it all in. We rode it all, getting there just after opening. Our Jungle Cruise skipper, John was on fire, he was the most entertaining skipper we have ever had.
We had our Casey's lunch while we watched the Celebrate parade, we just love this first full day. Back to the Poly to swim, more lizard hunting of course, and to Epcot just for dinner. Thats all we did there!!!
Garden Grill was wonderful, however, they took the catfish off the menu due to the no transfats cooking that WDW now endorses. I missed that catfish terribly. Our waitress, Cheryl was sooo funny. She sang this happy birthday song to Steve and broke out into this wild dance, we thought her head would fall off. No kidding, it was whipping from side to side, and Cheryl was no spring chicken. She took our picture...

We spent some time by my favorite part of Epcot. The dancing fountain. I love this thing. I want it in my backyard.

We didn't want to push it the first night, taking it slower was our theme for this trip. Back to the Poly for the fireworks from our patio. We did this every night.

It seems you all are having a wonderful trip. We will be going in 40 days and was looking forward to the catfish at the Garden Grill. I have heard so many good things about it. Can you please tell us what they are serving now since the fish is gone.

They are serving whatever fish is fresh and available, served different ways, whatever is fresh and in market. On the day we were there it was mahi mahi with lemon crumbs. It was icky.

I would miss the catfish, too. Haven't eaten there, but catfish would be a highlight. Great first full day! Love the fountain picture.

Except for the missing cat fish, it was a lovely kick-off to your Disney trip!

Great pic of your entire family at Garden Grill!

Oh no, we ate at Garden Grill in June and they still had the fried catfish. It was the best fried catfish I've ever eaten!! Ok, off to read more.

No Catfish!!! that is tough to stomach...

Oh well, anyway, it looks like it was a great day- i am so jealous of the view from your patio- that is wild-- all i saw was a few guys fishing....
