HELP when did ADR Change from 180 to 90 days?

OK, I will admit that obviously I have not kept up :blush: The last time we went to DisneyWorld was November 2008 and we were able to make our ADR's 180 days in advance. From the little bit I read on Intercot..has this changed to 90 days in advance for ADR's? We had not planned on going to WDW this year BUT with the free dining we think we are going to take a 6 day trip December 11-16...when can I make my ADR's?

We are arriving on the same day in december and the day to make ADR's is September 12th.
