A lucky family is going to get to sleep overnight at the haunted mansion. It sounds like alot of fun. I think Disney plans on keeping them up all night and scaring them!

Very cool:thumbsup:!

It sounds like the ghost host may be busy entertaining, does that make 1003 souls?

This is Disneyland not Disney World.

That sounds so cool!! If I won, I think I would sleep in the ballroom, maybe dance with some of the ghouls!! LOL:mickey:

I might have missed it in the other thread but...where specifically are they sleeping in the Mansion?

As cool as this sounds (and it sounds ultimately cool) I wonder how they are going to pull it off? Most of the "rooms" in the Mansion aren't rooms at all- just sets that are decorated only where guests can see them. I wonder where they plan on keeping these folks? (and yes, it IS Disneyland, not WDW)

They are setting up cots in the Stretching Room. The Ghost Hosts will be paying them multiple visits throughout the night.

years ago they had a special event where you could sleep in the Haunted mansion. I can't remember how many people it held but the tickets were very expensive.

NJGIRL, was that a sleep over or the 2000.00 a plate dinner?

Yeah, the $2,000 a plate dinner did not include a sleepover. It did, however, include a walkthrough of the entire attraction that was hosted by Tony Baxter.

Personally, I think the only place to sleep is the ballroom. The stretching room is kinda dull.

I agree. You're literally sleeping in an elevator (in DL, anyway)

Sleeping in the stretch room is a little lame, but still very very cool

The video is on youtube. I just saw it. Those Ghosts can sure sing. Their voices were excellent.
