How do you become a cast member at Disney World?

How extensive is the interview process?

Do you have to report a nearly professional resume?

How hard is it to become a musician there?

Also, is the college program worth it?

I've always wanted to do all these things, but before I got into it, I wanna know some detail before I sign up to do something I know !nothing about. I sure do wanna be a cast member someday though

I can speak about the College Program and it is definitely worth it! I participated 10 years ago and from what I remember the interview was with two other applicants and brief. I believe it was probably a first impression type situation. Some time after the interview, a card was mailed to my home telling me I was accepted. It was a lot of long hours working but fun. Having WDW on my resume when I returned home was definitely a topic of conversation at every interview. I highly recommend it!

I am currently on the CP, and it definitely is worth it! It is such a great experience, and I can't see myself working anywhere else.
