Which is cheaper?

Would it be cheaper to buy a two-day hopper ticket or a three day ticket to go to 3 parks in 2 days? We have a package already, with one day base tickets on it (we're spending another day at MK for MNSSHP), but if I can come up with the money, I'd like to go to a park on our arrival day. We land at 11am, and after ME and checking-in, I figure we can be in a park by noon. I'd like to go to AK for a while, then DHS that night for EMH.

I'm not sure if I read your post correctly but it sounded like you were thinking of buying a 3 day ticket non park hopper and only using it for 2 days. If that is the case, it will not work. If you intend to be at multiple parks in one day you must have the park hopper. So, my answer is the 2 day park hopper.
