We have always gone to WDW in the summer months but have decided to go in October for my sisters 16th birthday. We will be there the
9th -17th. We are just curious about the crowds and the weather? Thanks!:mickey:

We went Oct 5-11 last year and thought the crowds were great. WEather was awesome, too. Nice in the mornings, warm enough to swim in the afternoon/evenings and nice in the pm. I think you picked a GREAT time to go! Enjoy!! :mickey:

October was my favorite time to be there. It rained every day that we were there, but not a complete wash out. We went to MNSSHP which was awesome. The crowds were not bad at all. You'll have a wonderful time!

We will be down Oct. 2-9, be leaving as your arriving :). We love October as the temps are cooler and the crowds are not as large. Halloween decorations and party are nice too.

We always go in Oct (last two weeks). The weather is great warm enough to swim but not too hot to sweat. Knock on wood no rain (out of 10 days maybe 1 day every couple of trips).

Crowds are low. Most rides a 10 - 15 min wait. Some walk on's.We get very few fast passes because of this. We fast pass Soarin, Rockin Rollercoaster, Test Track, Space Mountain, Everest and nothing else.

Stay away from EPCOT on the weekend becasue the food and wine gets very crowded around 5:00 but other days there are fine.

Still make ADR's because without them you maybe stuck at CS all week.
