Can I call and get a new one mailed?

I bought an engraved glass at the store on Main Street (the one with the crystal and glass blower--Arribas?) and my husband broke it while washing the dishes. Is there any way I can call and have another made up and mailed? :(

Thanks for the phone number. Called them and they connected me with Arribas. Very simple to put in an order with their customer service department! Hopefully I should have a new glass in no time!
