Sorry to bring this up AGAIN..but I have a question about Resort Airline Check In and baggage fees.

We used this service last year with ME and it was great! The only thing new this year are the baggage fees.

Can anyone tell me about the phone number to pay for these fees for the flight home? We are flying Airtran and our flight leaves later in the day. Do we receive a packet in our room with a number to call? When does it come? There wasn't anything in the DME packet I received at home.

Thanks!:mickey:

I don't have the number, but they have them at the resorts for you. At least they did in January. All you need to do is call with a credit card number, tell them how many bags you will be checking and write down the confirmation number they give you. At the resort's lugage check they will ask about the number and al will be set :mickey:

Guests should call Baggage Airline Guest Services at (407) 284-1231 to pay their airline's applicable luggage fees. Guests will need to pay their airline luggage fees prior to checking in at the Resort Airline Check-In desk. Airline luggage fees cannot be collected at the Resort Airline Check-In desk.

I think my best bet is to use BAGS. I have seen other posts about being able to pay for both ways up front, but I'm not sure if that would work for us. We usually have an extra bag for the trip home...I like to shop.
