We called and checked what was available at the WL or Contemporary for Dec. 10th-14th and they have only a courtyard with bunk beds at the WL and Deluxe Garden room at Contemporary.

No Std. or Woods view available at WL or Std. Garden Wing rooms available at the CR.

What a bummer!!! And to think the codes came out today. They must be holding back some rooms.

Sooo....my family goes to WDW once a year, and usually stay around seven days or so. Every so often, the DW and I sneak back down for another four days for our anniversary. When we go, it's usually during free dining. If we were to buy the annual passes, would that save us any money vs. the regular rates for seven days during sept/oct? When you have an annual pass, can you still get free dining?

That is not an easily answered question. AP room rate vs any general public special has to be priced and compared case by case.

But no, you cannot combine any discounts with Disney. You choose whatever one works for you.

i have been waiting for these rates to come out and am so happy that i was able to modify our reservation for november at csr with the ap rate. we had a aaa rate of 164.00 a night with a king bed, but the ap rate is 124.00 a night for a king bed which means more $$ to spend on us!! i wish everyone lcuk with getting their ap rates on the resort and room they are looking to stay at. :mickey:

Regarding the WL - keep trying !! The first time I called I was told the same thing, only courtyard bunkbed rooms available. Called back a little later and got my woods view room at the AP rate and saved 817.00. Don't give up !!!!

I have a question.....if you start your stay on December 23, will the AP holder discounts be used the entire length of your stay? If I stay until December 27, will i get the discount the entire time?

Does anyone know what rates they are offering for FL residents?

I was looking online for rooms and couldn't find hardly any Deluxe rooms available, I thought since it was such a great deal it would be nice to splurge, but the only two resorts that came up as having availability were AKLodge, and the Beach resort? Would I have better luck calling? Thanks everyone. :mickey:

Missed out on the AP rate for Poly Garden view (less than 24 hours after they were released), but at least got the AP rate on a lagoon view room. So, at least it's like getting a lagoon view for a regular garden view price.

Never stayed lagoon view at the Poly before. I'm so excited!!!

My trip is right in the middle of value season - 12/3 to 13, but the AP rates I was given for AKL are 169 for Std and 234 for savannah. Anyone else have these room types booked for comparison? Looks like I should have a slightly better rate than this. I just figured I would check here before sitting on hold . . . :D

Well, shame on me for waiting. This wasn't an AP rate - trip cancelled.

Maybe next year!

We booked Pop Century for 12/11 to 12/15 for $54 plus tax. We know it is at the end of Pop Warner Superbowl, but we are hoping most of the players and cheerleaders will be at the All Stars or Coronado Springs.

Well we changed again because we want to go to the NFFC (national fantasy fan club for disney enthusiasist) which starts 12/10. We probably got the last AP standard room at ASSp for $54 per night. I know it is Pop Warner Superbowl.. but we will take DME to the resort, then rent a car at CCC for a few days...
WE now arrive on 12/9 and depart on 12/14.
