Extreme Last Minute Trip??

My wife and I want to celebrate the fact that I just got a new job and we want to go to WDW before Aug 14. We have been looking at what resorts are available and everything but we will not be able to book until the end of this month and probably travel the first week of August.

Just wondering if anyone else has booked a trip only days before leaving and if you had any problems or any suggestions?? :mickey:

Just one suggestion, if you know what your dates are you may want to book your ADR's now.

Definitely call ahead now and make any ADR's you might want.

We booked (5 p.m.) and arrived (10 p.m.) the Sunday of Labor Day weekend 2005. We wanted to stay at the WL and we were there for five nights. They had rooms available and we loved the one that we got. Good luck!

Thanks everyone of the kind words.... I graduated with a teaching degree two years ago and today finally landed a job!!!!

Since this is the year the celebrate at WDW I figured there is no better time than now!! I don't care how hot or crowded it may be.
