I just wanted to share my friend's recent POSITIVE ADR experience.
She booked 4 ADRs for her upcoming trip, at 7pm (Eastern) July 16th, online and got all of them. Here they are:
8/13 - Yachtsman Steakhouse, 5:30 (several other times available also)
8/14 - Chefs de France 12noon, lunch (other times and other restaurants available)
8/14 - Citricos 5:35
8/15 - Coral Reef - 4:15
She then called and booked a 2:20 ADR for afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian.
The only thing she was unable to get was California Grill on 8/14, which she switched to Citricos. She was also considering various other restaurants and looked online for them (Tutto Italia, Biergarten, Chefs de France for dinner, The Plaza, Hoop Dee Doo, etc and there were plenty available).
This is during free dining and only calling 30 days or less from the trip. So before you panic, try thinking positively because you just might get everything you want after all!
Just for kicks, I just did a search online for Crystal Palace breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child for her time period and they had a Saturday 8:20 am available.... I'm not saying that everything you want will be available at your exact time, but it is far from completely booked solid.
