PhotoPass CD discount?

I believe I read on here that if you pre-order the CD and use your Disney VISA then you'll get a 15% discount. Is this still the case (and true) and, if so, where do I find that information and where to order?

The Disney Visa discount code expired June 15th. I haven't seen another one out there yet.
