Who updates the Info Central page?

Just curious because I was looking at the menu for Kona Cafe and it has the Tonga Toast costing $7.99 but on other sites including the Disney site it says $10.99. Same with the Kona Coffee French Pressed Pot, Intercot says it is $6.99 but Disney says it's $7.49. Is info on Info central updated regularly or how does it work.

The menus are presented as a guidline - Disney is forever changing prices, items and specials faster than any site could ever keep up with them.
