Personalized Signs at Coral Reef

Does anyone know why they stopped doing personalized signs at the Coral Reef? I literally found out on Thursday that they did this and then soon after found out they no longer do it. I was so excited to have a sign for my 3 boys. Anyway, any info on this??? And do they still do teh personalized menus?

1) No more signs held by divers
2) Personalized menus contain names & brief description
. . . but, no more pictures or elaborate details
. . . cannot arrange ahead of time
. . . ask at podium when you check in for ADR
. . . if they are not too busy, they might get one for you
