Hi, am planning my trip and have always gone either last week of April or 1st week Dec. I have never been when it is crowded. With teenagers now I don't want to take them out of school. Our Spring Break is March 6 so am planning trip then.

Any of you have Spring Break around March 6th?? Would appreciate any help!!!

The public schools in Massachusetts have no March breaks. We are off President's week in February and the third week in April.

A lot of Texas is off that week. We are probably going to be at the Poly the second week of March. :mickey: touringplans.com shows that week as having moderate crowds, and things picking up the next week.

Schools here in the Midwest have Spring Break the week of the 15th of March.

There are a number of PA and mid-Atlantic colleges off the week of March 6th. The spring break weeks tend to be spread out from early March through April.

ACK....now I am getting nervous. So, honestly, how bad are the crowds really? I am going Mar6-21 (2 weeks)

I think the first week you are there (the week of the 6th) will be pretty slow. It will probably pick up closer to mid-month and continue through April. Most Spring Breaks begin the middle of March - I'm sure there are a few that are earlier, but most of them seem to fall mid-March to mid-April. Just have a plan and you'll be just fine!!

Yep, most schools districts in Texas have their Spring break during March. Not sure when it is in 2010, but it was March 16-20 this year (2009).

I wouldn't get too nervous about though. Early March is usually pretty good, as the worst crowds of Spring break occur towards the end of March and into the first half of April.
